HOW TO USE THE 536 FOOT CONTROL

foot control

Stop
Step on the middle pedal of the foot control.
– If the end of a letter is marked you will hear a short
beep and the tape will stop briefly.
Keep the pedal pressed down if you wish to continue
fast forwarding.
– The following appears in the display:
Step on the left pedal of the foot control.
– After a short rewind or at a end-of-letter mark, the
machine switches to playback.
– The following appears in the display:
You can alter the short rewind time
with the "BACKSPACE" rotary adjuster in the base of
the machine. In the " + " position (maximum), the tape is
rewound as long as the pedal is held down.
– If the end of a letter is marked you will hear a short
beep and the tape will stop briefly
Keep the pedal pressed down if you wish to continue.
Release the pedal.
– The following appears in the display:
