4. 4. After the fixation site has been selected, hold the lead body stationary in one hand and turn the Helix
Locking Tool in the direction of the arrow marked "EXTEND HELIX" (clockwise).
NOTE: See Technical Specifications for the approximate number of turns required. On the fluoroscopic
image, the helix will be extended beyond the marker ring.
5. 5. PSA cables may be attached in the zones depicted below.

6. 6. If necessary, retract the helix by holding the lead body stationary in one hand and turning the Helix
Locking Tool in the direction marked "RETRACT HELIX" (counterclockwise).
