After pre-heating for 15 minutes pour the pancake batter onto the plate.
b) Cooking Pancakes
After 15 minutes you can pour the pancake batter onto the plate.
Make sure the amount of pancake batter is not excessive. If you use too much batter, this
could overflow and soil the machine.
It is easy to see if the pancake is cooked. If the pancake batter does not stick to the plate
then the pancake is cooked.
Once cooking is finished you can keep your pancakes warm by turning the thermostat
back to Position ●.
To remove the cooked pancake, use the spatula supplied.
Do not use a metal or pointed object otherwise you could damage the
surface of the cooking plate.
c) Recipes
Ingredients for about 20 - 25 pancakes

500 g sieved wheat flour

1 l milk

6 eggs
-
Salt
-
Oil or butter
Preparation
In a large bowl mix the flour with the milk until a fluid batter is obtained.
Then add the beaten eggs, 2 pinches of salt and 2 soup spoons of oil or melted butter. Mix
vigorously.
Cover the bowl with cling film and leave to rest for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator before
pouring the batter onto the pancake maker.
