Instructions for storage
Observe the national regulations, rules and laws in
place for handling flammable liquids.
According to DIN EN 14470-1, the bottom collect-
ing tray must have a collection volume of 10% of
the total containers stored or 110% of the largest
container (depending on which volume is greater).
Therefore, do not use larger or too many contain-
ers. Observe the maximum storage quantities! Any
hazardous substances that are leaking out must be
picked up immediately and disposed of properly.
General provisions:
•
Always keep the doors closed.
•
Close drawers after use.
•
Do not store any other flammable objects
(packaging, etc.) in the cabinet.
In the event of a fire:
•
Do not open the cabinet doors (risk of explosion
and spread of fire).
•
Alert the relevant authorities (for example the
fire service).
•
Leave the building immediately.

Wear personal protective equipment.
When handling hazardous liquids, always wear
protective equipment suitable for the work being
carried out. Always wear the correct protective
equipment during installation, use and mainte-
nance: Gloves, safety glasses, safety shoes and
long work clothes

According to the German Occupational Health
and Safety Act (ArbSchG), any hazards that can
arise from flammable liquids must be assessed or
evaluated in a hazard assessment. Pay particu-
lar attention to the latest version of the following
regulations:

Ordinance on Hazardous Substances (GefSt-

•
Technical Rules for Hazardous Substances
(TRGS, in particular TRGS 510)

German guideline for workplaces, ArbSchG
