Fastening the blade assemblies
to the motor
WARNING: To reduce the risk of personal injury, do not bend
the blade arms while installing, balancing the blades (H), or
cleaning the fan. Do not insert foreign objects between rotating
fan blades (H).
NOTE: Two types of blade arms included must be mounted
with corresponding slots on the motor.
• Blade arm A (I) with RED DOT label
• Blade arm B (J)
Fasten the blade assemblies to the fan motor assembly (F) by
lining up the two slots (YY) of the motor with two tabs (ZZ)
on the blade arms B (J).
Tighten the two blade arm screws with lock washers (XX)
already installed in the blade arms B (J).
Repeat this procedure for the remaining blade arms B (J).
Assembly — Installing the Light Cover

Attaching the light cover
NOTE: If the light cover could be wobbled by hand, it means
the light cover is not twisted completely till the right position.
Keep twisting the light cover till it could not be wobbled by hand.
Position the notches (AAA) in the outer rim of light cover (K)
so they line up with the tabs (BBB) on the outside of the rim
on the light kit mounting plate (CCC). Carefully lift the light
cover (K) up inside the light kit mounting plate (CCC) and
secure it to the fan by turning the light cover (K) clockwise
until snug. Make sure the light cover is secured tightly.
