PROBLEM SOLVING
In case you detect a malfunction of the kitchen robot, please check
the following situations and error codes before calling technical
support:
• If it occasionally does not cook or takes a long time to cook. Check if
the light has gone out and if it is plugged in.

• If you hear noises while cooking, check for substances between the
pan and the heating element.

SOLUTION
Place the silicone ring in the
correct position.
Place the safety relief valve
in its position.
Slightly press the safety valve
down. Make sure that there is
no pressure inside the robot.
Place the silicone ring.
Replace the inner plate.
Replaces the silicone ring.
Make sure they are
positioned correctly.
Clean the rubber and safety
valve.
Replace the rubber safety
valve.
Add food and water.
Check the silicone ring on
the lid or replace it.
