MENUS AND CONTROL PANEL
When plugged in, the display shows "00:00".
TIMER [TIME]: The timer
is used to set the cooking
time, which can be
set between 1 and 990
minutes. Each menu is
adjustable and has a
limited maximum time,
depending on its function,
except for the Auto Clean
and Keep Warm Menu,
where the time is fixed.
Each time you press the
TIME button it will change by 1 minute up or down, the time will remain
on the display for 10 seconds until you confirm the menu, otherwise it
will return to 00:00 and be cancelled.
TEMPERATURE [TEMP.]: By pressing this button you can adjust the
temperature from 90°C to 200°C. The cooking menus have a default
set temperature, which can be adjusted according to the ingredients
and the recipe, except for the Poach [POACH], Searing [SUGAR COAT],
Keep Warm [KEEP WARM], Slow Cook [SLOW COOK], Reheat [RE-HEAT]
and Auto-Clean [AUTO-CLEAN] menus.
PRESSURE [PRESS.]: Built-in 3 pressure modes: Low (35 Kpa), Medium
(55 Kpa) and High (90 Kpa), select pressure based on recipes, in
general, spoon dishes are cooked in High Pressure, stews in Medium
Pressure, dry dishes in Low pressure, No pressure for cooking with the
lid open. The menus that have no pressure are: Poach [POACH], Confit
[SUGAR COAT], Oven [OVEN], Griddle [GRILL], Sauté [SAUTÉ], Fry [FRY] and
Keep Warm [KEEP WARM].
COOKING [COOK]: If the cooking parameters are selected, press this
button or the roulette to start cooking.
PROGRAM [RSV]: Press this button to programme the robot, it will
cook automatically. Press the button and the time will increase in
30-minute intervals. However, if you move the roulette, the intervals
will be 5 minutes.
