Avoid touching the external parts during operation, as they could reach high
temperatures: only use the handle to open the drawer.
Do not block the air intakes or the air expulsion ducts: it can be dangerous,
and can significantly worsen the performance of the appliance.
Periodically check that the air vents along the sides (including the rear) of the
appliance are clean: if they are dusty or dirty, refer to the next chapter for
cleaning.
Do not cover the appliance with any heat-reflecting material (e.g. aluminum);
this leads to overheating of the appliance, with the possibility of breakdowns
and danger for the operator or bystanders.
Cool the product before storing it: to speed up the operation, leave the
drawer extracted after use.
Do not use the appliance if one or more parts among those listed in the
following chapter are missing or damaged: contact your dealer to restore.
Periodically check the integrity of the appliance, especially the power cable:
in the event of anomalies, do not use and contact qualified technical
personnel.
For cleaning operations, do not use abrasive sponges or aggressive
detergents: refer to the following chapter for complete instructions.
Before cleaning, disconnect the product from the power supply: refer to the
following chapter for the relative instructions.
The appliance must be connected to a standard electrical system, with a
nominal power equal to or greater than that of the appliance, and must be
earthed.
Before connecting the plug of the power cable to the socket, make sure that
the voltage of your domestic installation corresponds to the appliance one.
Do not connect the appliance to extension cords, power strips, multiple
sockets, timers, controlled sockets or other devices that can start it
independently.
If you are not going to use the appliance for an extended period of time,
unplug the power cord from the socket to prolong its life and reduce energy
consumption.
Do not disconnect the power supply by pulling on the cable: grasp the plug to
remove it from the socket.
Before disconnecting the appliance, check that it is switched off and that no
programs are running, unless disconnection takes place in an emergency due
to anomalous situations as indicated in this chapter.
Keep out of the reach of children under 8 years of age; make sure it is not
used as a toy.
