5. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
1 Fan and internal light do not
switch on
2 My pet is shivering inside the
carrier
3 My pet is not comfortable in
the carrier
4 The transparent window
fogs up
Do not put yourself and your pet's safety at risk. If you notice any malfunction, breakage
or deteriorating components. Do not use the carrier. Contact the official Cecotec Technical
Support Service.
Possible cause
The external power supply
is discharged.
Bad connection to the
external battery or
disconnected
Your pet is cold
For animals unfamiliar
with the product, it may
take some time to adapt.
Not enough space for your
pet
Possible obstruction of
ventilation holes.

Solution
Check that the external
battery has been
charged and is in good
condition.
Check that the
connection to the
external battery is
properly made and in
good condition.
Check that the
ventilation system is
turned off and that
your pet is not wet or
with damp fur.
Let your pet become
familiar with the
product in its habitat
and help it with
incentives "toys or
treats".
Make sure your pet is
comfortable and has
enough room to stand,
turn around and lie
down in the carrier
Check that none of the
vents are obstructed
and that the air is
flowing for the safety
of your pet.
