SPECIAL TIPS FOR FRESH HOMEMADE CHIPS
It may be helpful to follow these steps for best results when preparing homemade chips:
7) Peel the potatoes and cut them into matchsticks.
8) Completely soak the cut potatoes in a container filled with water for 30 minutes.
9) Dry the potatoes with paper towels.
10) Grease the potatoes in a bowl with ½ tablespoon EVO oil.
11) Remove the potatoes from the pan with your hands to separate them from the excess
oil.
12) Bake the potatoes at 180° C for 18-25 minutes using the rotating cylinder.
