the I icon to activate or deactivate the rotisserie function, which involves the transverse
rotation of the accessory in use. When the function is reactivated after a stoppage of
more than 5 seconds, rotation resumes in the opposite direction, which improves
cooking distribution.
DURING COOKING
During the process, the display alternately shows the set temperature and the time
remaining to the end of the preparation, while the icon C (cooking in progress) flashes.
Depending on the nature of the cooking, it may be useful or appropriate to do one of
the following:
Changing cooking parameters: During cooking you can view the food through the
glass window. If deemed appropriate or necessary, you can change the remaining
time or the cooking temperature either with a free cooking program or a pre-set
program to improve the result by tapping the B and F icons, as described in FREE
COOKING PROGRAM. The parameters will adapt to the new choices and the
process will continue until the end.
Interior lighting: To improve the visibility of food during cooking, an interior
lighting can be activated or deactivated by alternately pressing the icon G. When
lighting is activated, the icon G flashes. Lighting is automatically deactivated one
minute after activation.
Voluntary program stop: Should you wish to stop the cooking process while the
process is in progress, either because you consider the result satisfactory or
because you wish to program the appliance differently, you can stop it by tapping
the H icon. The operation is not possible if the door is open: in this case, close the
door, pushing it until it clicks shut, then touch the H icon to perform the stop as
described above.
The appliance is equipped with an overheating protection device, which stops operation
if it reaches an excessive temperature. To restore correct operation after an overheating
shut-down, disconnect the mains plug from the socket and wait for it to cool down
completely, then reconnect the plug.
