Charge the battery pack before and after storage
If the battery pack will be stored for a long period
of time, charge the battery pack to 30-60% prior
to storage.
Check the charge status again after six months;
if the remaining power of the battery pack is less
than 30%, charge it to 30-60%.
Note:
If the battery pack is stored for a long period of time
with less than 30% charge, the battery pack may
be damaged and the power storage capacity of the
battery pack itself may be significantly impacted.
Do not connect the battery to the charger for extended
periods of time.
Recommended storage environment
Store the battery pack in dry and well-ventilated
environments; keep the battery pack away from
humid environments and water sources. If the
e-bike is stored outdoors, remove the battery
pack from the e-bike during poor weather
conditions and store it in indoor environments.
Store the e-bike battery pack in temperatures
between -4°F~+140°F (-20°C~+60°C); do not
store the battery in temperatures below -4°F
(-20°C) or above 140°F (60°C).
In order to maximize the lifespan of the battery
pack, it is recommended to store the battery pack
indoors in a dry environment at approximately
68°F (20°C).
Do not store battery packs in direct sunlight or
store it inside a vehicle.
Do not store the battery pack on the e-bike for
extended periods of time.
