14 (Cylinder handle – optional accessory, code 118340030), apply it to the ends of the
crossbar in correspondence with the special grooves, move everything slightly to the
left, to free the rod from the bush and pull out; take into account the weight of the
food contained. To open the cylinder, extract the upper part of the closure clip with
the aid of a cutlery, then extract the contents into a food container.
TIPS FOR OPTIMAL USE
Food in pieces or small in size normally requires a shorter cooking time than the
same volume of food in a single piece.
Avoid cooking excessively fatty foods using the mesh tray: if fat or oil were to drip
onto the heating elements, smoke, odor or small flames could develop.
To cook frozen or particularly moist food, slightly extend the cooking times.
The pre-set program C04 (french fries) is optimized for 400 grams of fries.
To prepare fries, use a minimum quantity of oil (about ½ tablespoon) to improve
cooking, spraying it with a sprayer before placing it in the appliance or brushing it;
check that they have not been pre-treated in production with the application of
greasy or oily condiments.
It is also possible to prepare pre-cooked fries, taking care to slightly reduce the
cooking time.
If you use the rotating cylinder or the rotisserie, you can obtain a better result by
periodically alternating the direction of rotation, as described in the previous
chapter.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The product does not require maintenance, such as replacement of consumable parts
or periodic reviews; proceed to periodic cleaning of the internal walls and accessories,
using common dishwashing soap applied with a sponge and adequate rinsing. Each
cleaning operation must absolutely be carried out with the power cable disconnected
and, before reconnecting, make sure that all the parts are completely dry. All surfaces
and above all the heating elements must be completely cold.
Avoid aggressive detergents, abrasive sponges, iron wool or other chemical
detergents: the specific products for cleaning the oven must be used sparingly and
never sprayed on the heating elements, which must never be cleaned. If food material
comes into contact with them, wait for them to cool completely and remove it very
delicately using a soft bristle brush.
