ACCESORIES USE
Grid (11): Allows the support of containers such as pots or pans, containing the food
to be cooked; it serves only as a support, do not place food directly on it. Insert it into
the special grooves on the right and left sides (3 different heights) and push it to avoid
difficulties in closing the door. Pay particular attention that both grooves in which the
grate is inserted are at the same height; the lower and upper heights place the grill in
a particularly close position to the corresponding heating elements; therefore, less
uniform food cooking will result in the upper or lower part compared to what would
be obtained in the central position.
Tray (10): the tray acts as a container: it can contain solid or liquid food. Depending on
the nature of the food treated, it could stick to the surface of the pan: use baking
paper. To remove the pan without burning yourself, use the tool 13, applying it to the
edge and pulling lightly; take into account the weight of the food contained.
Mesh tray (15): used with solid foods, it significantly reduces the possibility of sticking
food to the surface. To remove the pan without burning yourself, use the tool 13,
applying it to the edge and pulling lightly; take into account the weight of the food
contained.
Rotisserie (13 – optional accessory, code 118340028): The rotisserie is made up of a
rod on which two forks are inserted, tightened to the rod by hand-tightened wing nut
screws; the food must be inserted along the rod and the forks must then be inserted
from the ends to block it, with the tips facing inwards. Once the food has been
inserted, position the rod with the square section terminal towards the right side of
the cooking chamber, inserting the terminal into the bushing of the rotisserie (5) and
pressing it fully; the left terminal must therefore rest on the support on the opposite
wall of the oven. The distance between the forks depends on the size of the food, it is
recommended to insert the forks rotated 90 degrees to each other. To extract the
rotisserie without burning yourself, use the tool 14, applying it to the ends of the cross
rod in correspondence with the special grooves, move everything slightly to the left to
release the rod from the bushing and extract; take into account the weight of the food
contained.
Rotating cylinder (16 – optional accessory, code 118340029): The rotating cylinder is
a container that allows cooking food in pieces, such as fries, meatballs, breaded sticks
and so on, by rotating and continuing to mix the food. Install on the rotisserie rod,
fixing it with a thumb screw, leave the screw to the left, to allow the door to open
upwards. Be careful not to start the rotation with the door open, the closing clip must
snap into place. To extract the rotating cylinder without burning yourself, use the tool
