ASSEMBLY
12.1 Preparatory activities
12.1.1 Checking the delivery content
Note visible transport damages always on the delivery note and check the machine immediately
after unpacking for transport damages or missing or damaged parts. Report any damage to the
machine or missing parts immediately to your dealer or the shipping company.
12.1.2 Requirements of the location of installation
Choose a suitable work-site for the machine (stable and even).
Pay attention to the safety requirements and the dimensions of the machine. The selected
installation location must ensure a suitable connection to the electrical mains.
12.2 Assemble
The machine has been disassembled for transport and must be reassembled before use. Follow
the instructions below:
OPERATION
Only operate the machine when it is in a perfect condition. Before each operation, a visual
inspection of the machine must be carried out. Safety devices and operating elements must be
checked carefully. Check screw connections for damage and tight fit.
13.1 Operating instructions
Always set the machine to the specified circular saw blade geometry

Be very careful to move the saw blade on the slip block in order to prevent any damage of

Always take the saw blade back completely and avoid any jerky movements that could

damage the grinding disc

1. Fix the feet (1) to the base with nuts
and washers
2. Fix the saw blade holder (3) to the
rotation table with screws (4).
3. Screw the handle (5) into the
handwheel
