Cup and lid application
The last operation consists in fixing the upper cup (4) and the cover (5) above the motor: lift
the cup to the maximum height, so that it is as close as possible to the ceiling, passing the
fixing screws present on the bracket in the wide of the holes, then turn slightly clockwise so
that it does not fall and tighten the screws for final fixing.
The engine cover, on the other hand, is simply lowered into position, having the necessary
delicacy to prevent the gasket from coming out of its seat. The device is now completely
installed and can be tested in all its parts, starting the rotation at the minimum speed and
noting the structural seal by gradually increasing the rotation up to the maximum.
Dynamic balancing of the blades
It is not excluded that, during operation, the appliance may cause vibrations and oscillations, largely due to
approximate assembly or lack of symmetry of the parts. In these cases it is therefore always advisable to
first check the correct assembly, the complete tightening of the screws, that the parts are installed in the
right direction and direction and that there are no foreign bodies attached to the blades (e.g. sections of
adhesive tape, etc.). It may help to measure the distance from the edge of each blade to the ceiling, which
should be equal.
Only after excluding in the strictest way criticalities due to bad assembly, it is possible to proceed with the
dynamic balancing of the blades as described below:
1) Turn on the fan at minimum speed and increase it gradually in order to check at which speed the
problem is most noticeable.
2) Stop the rotation and insert the anti-vibration clip on the side of one of the blades as shown in the
figure. Then restart the spin and see if the problem has eased or increate.
3) Carry out successive tests by moving the anti-vibration clip along the perimeter of the blade, until
identifying the point where the problem is by far least noticeable.
4) Replace the anti-vibration clip with one of the self-adhesive shims supplied, attaching it to the
Connect the cables coming from the control unit to the lamp unit, then
install the chandelier frame (10) in sequence, fixing it with the three
screws, the light unit (8), the light shaft (9) and the ceiling light (6) , as
indicated in the figure.

upper face of the blade; thicknesses can be trimmed and made smaller to
refine the result.
5) If necessary, carry out the same procedure on the other blades to check the
possibility of further refining the result.
