Most of the energy consumed by an iron is due to the production of steam. To reduce
consumption, keep in mind the following tips:
Always start ironing fabrics that need a lower ironing temperature.
Adjust the steam according to the set ironing temperature following the instructions in this
manual.
Iron only when strictly necessary. If possible, use the spray function instead of steam.
Try to iron the fabrics while they are still damp, reducing the use of iron steam. The steam will
be generated mainly from fabrics rather than from iron. If you use a dryer before ironing, select
the appropriate program for drying with subsequent ironing.
If the fabrics are sufficiently damp, place the steam regulator in the "zero" steam position.
During breaks during ironing, place the iron in a vertical position resting on the
