stir gently to dissolve the sugar completely, then cool completely (this can be called a base syrup, which can be
prepared in advance and then frozen as a spare).
Mix the strawberries and fresh lemon juice or lime juice in a blender and chop the strawberries for 20 minutes. Then
squeeze and filter through a mesh filter to remove the strawberry seeds.
Mix the peeled strawberry pulp, fruit juice, base syrup and corn syrup and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
Turn on the ice cream maker for 25-30 minutes until the mixture has turned into sorbet or ice cream.
Put the ice cream in another closed container, place in the refrigerator and freeze for about an hour and a half and
wait for the ice cream to reach the right consistency.

ICE CREAM YOGURT AND CHOCOLATE
Ingredients for 8 cups:
240g of whole milk
180g of bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
400gr of low-fat vanilla yogurt
50g of granulated sugar
Combine the milk and chocolate in a blender or food processor with a metal blade and blend until well blended and
homogeneous, about 20 - 30 seconds.
Add the yogurt and sugar, about 15 seconds.
Turn on the ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a removable bowl through the ingredients spout and allow to mix
until thickened, about 30 - 40 minutes.
