CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Caution: The plug must be removed before cleaning to avoid electric shock.
1. Take out the mixing blade, wipe it with a damp cloth.
2. Take out the removable bowl, clean it with a soft damp cloth.
3. Clean the clear lid and filler lid with a damp cloth.
4. Remove dirt on the body or other places with a damp cloth. Do not pour water on the cable, plug and ventilation,

VANILLA ICE CREAM
Ingredients for 8 cups:
240g of whole milk
115g of granulated sugar
180g of cream, very cold
