The image freezes while
the DVR is recording
The recorded image is
not very clear
Make sure you use a
compatible Class 10 SD
card.
Change the SD card. If
the problem persists,
contact a specialized
service center.
Check if you have set
the maximum resolution
in the menu.
Environmental
conditions, such as
insufficient light or fog,
can affect the quality of
the recorded image.
