Adapter wire
Apply ESD guidelines.

Open the semi-transparent visor.
Change the unit to SERVICE MODE.
Disconnect the power to the unit.
(see manual unit)
Comfoair E: If the unit has an
firmware lower than F2.05.00.
the mainboard needs to be
replaced. (see manual unit)

Remove the filters (and when present
the pre-heater) from the unit.
(1) Position of the top-section sensor.

Reinstall all parts with the new sensor
in reverse order.
During assembly, ensure that
ALL screws are tight. (max.
1.5 Nm).

Remove the 3 screws of the front cover.
Remove the front cover.
During assembly: Place the
bottom edge of the front cover
behind the raised edge of the
bottom plate.

Remove the sensor (2) and disconnect the
connectors (3).
During assembly, ensure that the
connector is pushed into the
mounting hole (4).

Comfoair Q : Update the unit to firmware
version R1.7.1 or higher.

Remove the heat exchanger, by pulling
on the heat exchanger strip.
During assembly: Make sure
that the red bottom plate sits at
the front of the appliance.

If the sensor V1.0 was mounted, use the
adapter wire to connect the new sensor.
If the sensor V2.0 was mounted, it can
be replaced by the new sensor without
the use of the adapter wire.
