If you have a problem with your appliance, you can carry out some simple checks before calling
for technical service.

Check that the power cord is properly connected to a power
outlet.
Check the fuse or circuit in your power supply, replace if

The room temperature is too hot. Try adjusting the
compartment temperature to a cooler setting.
It is normal for the freezer not to operate during the defrost
cycle or for a short time after switching on the appliance to
protect the compressor.
The interior may need to be cleaned.
Some foods, packaging, or wrappings cause odours.
