Connect the units to the power supply distributor
NOTE
Ensure that the total outlet output of 12 A (2700 W) is not exceeded. Otherwise the unit will be
damaged.
NOTE
The dimmable socket contains a phase-angle dimmer that can control inductive and ohmic loads.
Inductive loads are, for example, dimmable LEDs, but also some OASE pumps that are desig-
nated for dimming.
Ohmic loads are, for example, incandescent lamps.
If you connect capacitive loads (e.g. electronic transformers), ...
this can destroy the internal dimmer.
this can destroy the connected unit.
the connected unit will not function properly.
If you are not sure, check with the manufacturer of the product that you want to dim.
Note that the dimmable socket cannot be switched off completely. This means a small cur-
rent is always flowing even with a dimmed down unit.
Connecting the power supply
Unit version with power plug:
• Push the coupling of the power cable onto the unit plug.

Unit version with power cable (version only for the United Kingdom):
• Only allow qualified electricians to perform work on the power supply.
• Adhere to the pin assignment specified on the power cable label. Note the warning on the
power cable.
• Only use wires with wire end ferrules.
