10.2 Procedure
1. Remove the electrical connection.
2. Remove the ground connection cable.
3. Remove pneumatic lines.
4. Remove grounding.
5. Loosen the screws.
6. Use suitable protective caps to protect supply plug and pressure connections
against contamination.
ð The product can now be removed.
11 Disposal
Improper disposal will lead to pollution of the environment. Furthermore, the
materials can no longer be recycled.
Dispose of the product, the packaging and any escaping operating materials

in accordance with the applicable national regulations.
12 Troubleshooting
12.1 Procedure
Step 1: Check the system
In case of malfunctions, first check the system or the system part where the
u
product is installed. Check the following items:
• All connections
• Settings. See

Step 2: Check the product
1. Make sure the system or system part is not under pressure or voltage.
2. Check the product based on the fault patterns described below.
3. Perform troubleshooting using the information under "Remedy".
If the malfunction cannot be eliminated as described under "Remedy": Disas-
semble the product and return it. See
4. After the malfunction has been eliminated; Put the system or product back
into operation.
12.2 Malfunctions
No output pressure
Possible cause

No power supply.
• Connect power supply.
• Check power supply polarization.
• Switch on system part.
No set point specified.
• Specify set point.
No supply pressure available.
• Connect supply pressure (connection 1).
Output pressure too low
Possible cause
Remedy
Supply pressure too low.
Increase supply pressure.
Output pressure lower than set point
Possible cause

Consumers that use a lot of air
Use a product with a larger nominal width.

Pressure regulator does not exhaust
