Hard disk PC card
The following PC cards can be used, as their operations
are verified:
• PC cards with PC Card TYPE II interface
• TOSHIBA Mobile Disk PAMHD005 (5 GB)
• TOSHIBA Mobile Disk PAMHD002 (2 GB)
For hard disk PC cards other than the above, consult
with your Sony dealer.
Camera playback data
You can play the picture data recorded using this
camera. However, picture data that have been edited and
processed with a computer may not be played with the
camera even if they are recorded using this camera.
Data format of the pictures recorded on a
PC card
Picture data are recorded in the following formats:
• IMJP**** (folder name)/DX******.Jpg (file name)
(when FILE FORMAT MODE is set to JPEG in the
menu)
• IMTI**** (folder name)/ DX******.Tif (file name)
(when FILE FORMAT MODE is set to TIFF in the
menu)
"Card" is a general term in this manual for a
"Memory Stick" installed into the Memory Stick/PC
card adaptor, a Compact Flash card installed into the
Compact Flash adaptor and a PC card.
