Use
7. Continue from point 4. in chapter "During use" on page 21.
The filled compressed gas containers should be replaced with
new compressed gas containers.
3.5

Replacing the gas supply

If the pump does not automatically stop pumping and the inlet
pressure gauge (fig. 1, pos. 2) shows no or insufficient
pressure (< 50 bar/750 psi) in the gas supply, the existing gas
will not be sufficient to continue filling the compressed gas
container. In this situation, proceed as follows:
1. Switch off the pump by pressing the red on/off switch (fig.
1, pos. 9).
2. Turn the shut-off valve on the compressed gas container to
be filled to the right and close hand-tight.
3. Close the shut-off valve on the gas supply.
4. De-pressurize the DOB 200 ECO by slowly opening the
vent valve (fig. 1, pos. 7). Wait until the gas in the pipes and
tubes comes out audibly.
5. Unfasten the tube line to the gas supply on the gas supply
outlet.
6. Turn the filling valve (fig. 1, pos. 4) to the right and close
hand-tight.
7. Turn the vent valve (fig. 1, pos. 7) to the right and close
hand-tight.
8. Immediately connect another gas supply to the tube line to
the input connection (fig. 1, pos. 1). If it takes a long time to
connect the new gas supply or if there is a risk of
contamination, the tube line to the input connection must
be closed with the sealing cap.
9. Continue from point 2. in chapter "During use" on page 21.
The gas supply has been replaced. The gas can continue to be
filled.
3.6

After use

De-pressurize the DOB 200 ECO after use and disassemble:
1. Switch off the pump by pressing the red on/off switch (fig.
1, pos. 9).
2. Turn the main switch (fig. 1, pos. 10) to OFF.
3. Disconnect the power supply.
4. Close the shut-off valve on the gas supply.
5. Turn the shut-off valves on the filled compressed gas
containers to the right and close handtight.
6. Open the vent valve (fig. 1, pos. 7) by turning slowly to the
left and de-pressurize the DOB 200 ECO. Wait until the
gas in the pipes and tubes comes out audibly.
Removing the filling panel
If a filling panel has been used, this filling panel must be
removed and prepared for transport. If there has been no filling
panel mounted, continue from point 11.
7. Turn the compressed gas container connections to the left
to remove them from the filling panel (fig. 2, pos. 13) and
remove the compressed gas containers. Fasten the
sealing caps to the connections straight away.
8. Turn the connection hose of the filling panel (fig. 2, pos. 16)
to the left and remove from the input connection on the
filling panel (fig. 2, pos. 15). Immediately fasten the sealing
cap onto the input connection on the filling panel and the
tube line.
9. Turn the knurled screws/star knob screws (fig. 2, pos. 12)
to the left and loosen them. Do not fully unfasten the
screws in this process to avoid losing the screws.

10. Pull off the filling panel in the direction of the filling
connections.
Filling panel for four compressed gas cylinders
a. Turn the filling panel (fig. 2, pos. 13) as shown in Fig. 6
so that the filling panel outlets (fig. 2, pos. 14) are
pointing inwards.
b. Move the straps on the filling panel (fig. 2, pos. 13)
underneath the knurled screw heads.
c. Turn the two knurled screws hand-tight to the right.

Filling panel in transport position
Filling panel for six compressed gas cylinders
a. Store the filling panel and star knob screws in the
transport case as shown in Fig. 3.
b. Securing the transport case is recommended, for
example with cable ties or a lock.
The filling panel is stored in the transport position or in the
transport case.
11. Remove the filled compressed gas container from the DOB
200 ECO.
12. Remove all tube lines to the DOB 200 ECO and
immediately attach the protective caps to the connections
and tubes.
13. Turn the vent valve (fig. 1, pos. 7) to the right and close
hand-tight.
14. Turn the filling valve (fig. 1, pos. 4) to the right and close
hand-tight.
15. Disconnect the power cable and stow underneath the
cover. It is essential to ensure that the cable is not trapped
or crushed between the cover. It is not permitted for
damaged cables to be used further and these must be
replaced immediately by an authorized specialist company.
Until that point, the DOB 200 ECO is not permitted to be
used.
16. Close the cover.
17. Close the seven connections on the cover.
The DOB 200 ECO is prepared for transport.
