14. Maintenance and Servicing
Depending on the quality of the water, the local conditions and the rules and regulations
applicable on site, the fitting must be maintained and serviced at regular intervals.
Perform maintenance on the following components:
• Aerators (see
• Filters (see

• Non-return valves (see
14.1 Push up the cleaning clip (a) in front of the sensor.

The fitting is in sleep mode.
14.2 Use suitable cleaning agents that are not harmful to the fittings in a proper manner and
rinse with water after use. High-pressure cleaners must not be used for cleaning.
Replacing an Aerator
14.3 Use an open-end spanner to unscrew and replace the aerator (a).
15. Replacing Filters
Filter in corner valve
15.1 Close the corner valves (c).
15.2 Trigger the valve.
15.3 Unscrew the connecting hoses (a) together with the connector pieces from the corner
valves.
15.4 Replace the filters (b).
15.5 Reassemble in the reverse order.
Filter in solenoid valve cartridge
15.6 Remove the solenoid valve cartridge (see
15.7 Use a flat nose pliers to pull the filter (d) out.
15.8 Replace the filter.

Important!
Ensure correct installation position. The rib of the filter must not lie on the flow-through
hole.
15.9 Reassemble in the reverse order.
