DO NOT assemble and use this product without first reading and understanding this
user guide, otherwise injury or damage may occur.
•
DO NOT use if components are missing or are damaged, contact Medline at
1-800-MEDLINE | 1-800-268-2848.
•
DO NOT exceed weight capacity of 250 lbs (113 kg).
•
DO NOT make any adjustments while using the product.
•
DO NOT stand on the shower stool.
Cautions
Users with limited physical strength and/or mobility should be supervised and/or
assisted while using the product. Prior to use, ensure the following:
1.
There are no loose, broken or missing components and ensure all parts are secure.
2.
All legs are adjusted at the same preferred height and are touching the floor
simultaneously at all times.
3.
All screws, nuts and/or bolts are tightened.
4. All push buttons protrude fully and legs are securely locked in place.
Assembly and use
Frame is shipped pre-assembled. If exposed to cold
temperatures, allow contents to come to room temperature
before completing
making sure you have all parts described here.

1.
Open leg assembly and press cross bars firmly into
seat clip. (Figure 2)
2.
Insert the leg extensions imprinted with S1 into the leg
assemblies imprinted with S1. (Figure 3)
3.
Insert the leg extensions imprinted with S2 into the leg
assemblies imprinted with S2. (Figure 4)
NOTE: Ensure to adjust ALL the legs to the same
preferred height.
4. To fold for storage, unclip one side of seat and fold
legs flat.
