Requirements for the set-up location

CAUTION
► When selecting the installation location,
ensure that the appliances are not sub­
jected to direct sunlight, vibration, dust,
heat, cold and moisture
► Do not set the appliance up in the vicinity
of heat sources such as radiators
► Fit the outdoor sensor at a maximum
distance of 30 m from the temperature
station Ensure that there are no disruptive
obstacles between the outdoor sensor
and the temperature station Otherwise,
transmission can be disrupted
♦ Both the temperature station and the
outdoor sensor can be suspended from
a screw using the hangers 7 and t
♦ Alternatively, you can fold out the stand w
of the temperature station to set it up on an
even, horizontal surface

Operating the outdoor sensor

♦ Open the battery compartment i on the
rear of the appliance by pushing the bat­
tery compartment cover o in the direction
of the arrow
♦ Insert two type AA batteries into the appli­
ance's battery compartment i as shown
