Cleaning
• Remove the plug from the socket and allow the appliance plenty of time to cool
down. Wash the accessories in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
• These parts can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.
• Clean the outside with a damp cloth. Clean the inside of the appliance with an oven
cleaner or a mild cleansing agent. Never use harsh or abrasive cleansing agents,
scouring pads or steel wool: these will damage the appliance. Do not immerse the
appliance in water or other liquid. Do not place the appliance in a dishwasher for
cleaning. Cooking can take longer if the interior of the oven is dirty.

This product must not be disposed of in the normal household rubbish but
should be taken to a collection point for the recycling of electrical and elec-
tronic appliances. The symbol on the article, user guide and packaging notifies you
of this responsibility. The raw materials used in the manufacture of this product are
suitable for recycling. The recycling of used appliances or raw materials makes an
important contribution to the protection of our environment. Contact your local gov-
ernment for information about designated collection points.

This appliance carries the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol in accordance with Euro-
pean Directive 2002/96/EG with regards to Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
(WEEE). By ensuring that this product is processed as waste in the correct way, you help
prevent potential negative consequences for the environment and health.
Quality
Safety and quality are very important to HEMA. We have our own laboratory, which
assesses all equipment in terms of electrical safety and ease of use before they are
included in our range. HEMA also monitors product quality in collaboration with the
manufacturer.
Security
This HEMA article may be fitted with a plastic anti-theft strip. You will find the strip on
the bottom of the product. This strip does not affect the quality or operation of the
product and can be removed without problem.
Faults and repairs
In the unlikely event that a fault should develop, return the appliance to a HEMA
branch. Do not attempt to repair this product yourself. Ensure that the device is well
packaged before returning, preferably using the original packaging. If the appliance
is within the warranty period, bring the warranty document with you.
