This feature is only available if the temperature
adjusted previously is at least 95 °C.

sTaRT-uP anD usE

1. Clean the inside of the kettle jug with a
damp cloth.
2. Put the base on an even, stable and heat-
resistant surface.
3. Connect the plug to a wall socket.
4. Take the kettle jug off the base to fill it with
water. Press the button in the lid. The lid
will unlock and can be opened.
5. Fill the kettle jug with minimum 0.5 litres
(„MINIMUM" mark) and maximum of
1.7 litres („MAXIMUM" mark) of water. Fill
the kettle jug up to the „MAXIMUM" mark
when using it for the first time.
ateNtION:
If the kettle is filled beyond its maximum
capacity, boiling water can splash out.
6. Press the lid slightly until it locks into place.
The locking mechanism prevents the lid
from opening accidentally when pouring the
water out.
7. Put the kettle jug straight on the base in
order to establish the electrical contact. If
the kettle jug is not placed correctly, it will
not be possible to turn the appliance on.

12. When the boiling point is reached, the
„kettle" symbol in the display disappears and
the „timer" symbol starts to flash. The shut-
off time (3-6 seconds) previously selected

13. In case the temperature maintenance is
activated, the appliance switches to this
mode after the boiling time elapses. The
„thermometer" symbol flashes and the

14. When the kettle jug is lifted from the
base, the automatic shutoff is activated,
even when the water has not yet reached
the boiling point. The settings previously
executed are deleted when lifting the kettle
jug from the base.
15. After an appropriate cooling time, the water
can be boiled again by newly pressing the
key

Make always sure that the appliance is turned
off before lifting the kettle jug from the base.
16. Always use fresh water and do not leave
remaining water in the kettle jug for
extended periods of time.
17. Always switch electrical appliances off and
unplug them from the wall socket after use.
