2.4 Troubleshooting

PROBLEM
"TG Speaker" Shows in
your device's Bluetooth
list, but fails to connect.
Device cannot find "TG
Speaker"
Charging time is too
long
REASON
The Speaker is not in pairing
mode.
The Speaker was previously
paired, but the speakers
device list has been cleared
The speaker is not in pairing
mode
The adapters power output
is too low and the charging
cables consumption is too
high

SOLUTION
Press and hold button 5 for
about 3 seconds to enable paring
mode. When the blue indicator
light flashes quickly, the speaker
should be able to be paired again.
On your device's list of Bluetooth
connections, find "TG Speaker"
and remove it. Then following the
pairing instructions again.
Long press button 5 for about
3 seconds to set it to pairing
mode, when the blue indicator
light flashes quickly, the speaker
should be in pairing mode and
ready to be connected.
Choose a plug adapter with
output not less than 5V/2A and
use the cable that came with the
speaker
