Troubleshooting
Problem Solution
Ensure that connectors of all tree sections are
connected into each other well. Make sure power

Check for blown fuses at the power cord plug. Replace

as needed with the replacement fuses provided.
Check for loose, broken, or missing bulbs and replace
as needed with the replacement bulbs provided.
If you are still experiencing problems with the tree
please call 800-004-6633 for instructions.
Loose branches
If a branch of the tree falls off, follow the steps below to reinstall it with a
spare rivet (G).
1) Place the branch into the slot of the bracket.
2) Insert a spare rivet
through the hole and
use diagonal pliers (not
included) to crimp the
rivet. (See Fig. A)
 This decorative item is not intended for individuals (including children)
whose physical or mental capacities are different or reduced, lack
experience or understanding, unless said individuals receive
supervision.
 Children must be supervised to ensure that the items are not used as
toys.
 CAUTION and in essence the following: To reduce risk of fire and

before performing any maintenance or cleaning.

 Do not install the chain in a manner that may cut or damage the wire
insulation.
