To use this function, select the function and range and press
the MAX button. When this is done, the "MAX" anunciator will
appear in the display. Next, by inputting a signal, the MAX
function operates. This maximum (MAX) value is held in digital
memory for a long period. To exit the MAX mode, press the
MAX button once again.
3. Selector Rotary.
This rotary switch selects function and range needed.
4. hFE Test Socket
Input for direct insertion of NPN and PNP transistor leads.
5. mA µA Input Terminal.
Positive input terminal for current measurement (AC or DC) up
to 2000mA. Connection is made to it using the Red test lead.
6. 20A: 20 Amperes Input Terminal (20A)
This is the positive input terminal for current measurement (AC
or DC) up to 20A. Connection is made to it using the Red test
lead.
7. V /Ω /LOGIC Input terminal.
This is the positive input terminal for all functions except
current capacitance measurements. Connection is made to it
using the red test lead.
8. COM Terminal
This is
measurement modes. Connection is made to it using the Black
test lead.
9. CX Test Socket
Input for capacitance measurements, insert the capacitance
leads into this socket.
10. AC/DC Swith
Select AC or DC voltage and current ranges. When switch is
set to DC position, all voltage and current ranges are for DC
measurements. When switch is set to AC position, all voltage
and current ranges are for AC measurements.
11. HOLD Button
Press (HOLD) button to toggle in and out of the Data Hold
mode. In the Data Hold mode, the "HOLD" annunciator is
displayed and the last reading is frozen on the display. Press
the (HOLD) button again to exit and resume readings.
