ADJUSTMENTS
TO ADJUST THE FRAME
See Figures 54 - 56.
If the frame doesn't roll smoothly on the rails or wiggles side
to side, adjustments are required.
 Visually inspect frame through full range of motion to
check for misalignment.
 Unlock the table and position all the way forward.
 Pull and hold the frame lock lever out.
 Move the frame completely to the front of the saw.
 Locate the crossbar on the underside of the frame
between the frame rails.
 To access the crossbar, unlock the frame lock and pull
slightly to expose it.
NOTE: Be careful not to over extend the frame
 Loosen, but do not remove the cap screws on either side
of the crossbar.
 Loosen the cap screws located on the front right side and
the rear left side of the frame.
 Turn the adjustment screws on the front and rear of the
frame to adjust the position of the rails.
 Move the sliding table along the frame to ensure that the
rollers are sliding properly.
 Tighten the cap screws located on the frame and crossbar
to hold adjustments.
NOTE: Check that frame slides properly after each
adjustment.
