ADJUSTMENTS
TO ADJUST THE FRAME
See Figures 54 - 56.
If the frame doesn't roll smoothly on the rails or wiggles side
to side, adjustments are required.
Visually inspect frame through full range of motion to
check for misalignment.
Unlock the table and position all the way forward.
Pull and hold the frame lock lever out.
Move the frame completely to the front of the saw.
Locate the crossbar on the underside of the frame
between the frame rails.
To access the crossbar, unlock the frame lock and pull
slightly to expose it.
NOTE: Be careful not to over extend the frame
Loosen, but do not remove the cap screws on either side
of the crossbar.
Loosen the cap screws located on the front right side and
the rear left side of the frame.
Turn the adjustment screws on the front and rear of the
frame to adjust the position of the rails.
Move the sliding table along the frame to ensure that the
rollers are sliding properly.
Tighten the cap screws located on the frame and crossbar
to hold adjustments.
NOTE: Check that frame slides properly after each
adjustment.
