Fixing a malfunction
A malfunction may be due to a minor problem that you can solve yourself using the following
instructions. Before calling a technician, please perform the following checks.
Problems
The appliance is not
working.
The interior lighting
is not working.
The appliance cools
down too much.
The appliance does
not cool down
enough.
The food is too
warm.
Unusual noises.
The compressor
does not start
immediately after
changing the
temperature setting.

Possible causes
The thermostat is set to "0"
(OFF).
The plug is not plugged in or is
improperly plugged in.
A fuse has blown or is defective.
The electrical socket is defective.
The thermostat is set to a
temperature that is too cold.
The temperature is not set
correctly.
The door stayed open for a long
time.
A large amount of hot food has
been placed in the appliance in
the past 24 hours.
The appliance is located near a
heat source.
The appliance is not straight.
The appliance is touching the
wall or other objects.
Some noises are typical of
refrigeration appliances.
This is normal, it is not a
malfunction.
Solutions
Turn the thermostat to the "5"
position ».
Plug the plug into the socket.
Check the fuse and replace it if
necessary.
Repairs to the socket should be
done by an electrician.
Contact your retailer's after-sales
department.
Temporarily set the thermostat to a
warmer temperature.
Please refer to the "Temperature
adjustment" section.
Do not open the door longer than
necessary.
Temporarily set the thermostat
to a cooler temperature. Avoid
overloading the inside of the
refrigerator.
Please refer to the "Installation
location" section.
Adjust the feet.
Move the appliance slightly.
Refer to the "Noises during
operation" section.
The compressor will start after a
while.
