9. Cooling:
a) The cooling process takes 1 minute and 30 seconds, during which the
cooling chamber reaches 3
b) To start the process, press the "+3

c) Press the START/STOP switch to run the appliance.
10. Shock freezing:
a) The shock freezing process takes 4 minutes, during which the cooling
chamber reaches -18
b) To start the process, press the "-18
the process setting values.

* When the process (9)/(10) is complete, the appliance will automatically go to the food
holding mode.
11. Defrosting:
a) Press to start the defrosting process.
b) The indicator will come on. When the process is complete, the indicator
will go off.
* The appliance automatically performs defrosting every 6 hours.
12. Deep freezing (using the food core probe):
a) Drive the food core probe tip into the piece of food.
b) Press the button [12].
c) Press the START/STOP switch.
13. Parameter settings
a) Press to set the target temperature and cooling duration.
b) Operate the "+" and "–" buttons to set the parameter value flashing on
the display.
c) Duration (time) setting range: 00:10 – 99:59; temperature setting range: -
