Cleaning instructions
•
Before cleaning, always unplug the appliance from the wall outlet and allow it
to cool completely.
•
Never immerse the device in water.
•
Always remove grease residues immediately for hygiene reasons and because
of the potential fire hazard.
•
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, oven sprays or solutions.
•
Clean the housing and the inside of the appliance with a damp sponge and
some washing-up liquid.
•
Due to high temperatures inside the unit, the unit surfaces may fade after
some time.
Cleaning the pizza stone
•
Remove food residues from the pizza stone.
•
The pizza stone must be cleaned after each use.
•
Let the pizza stone cool down and remove any coarse impurities (for example,
with a ceramic hob scraper). Clean the pizza stone with a brush in warm water
WITHOUT detergent and let it dry. Some stains will remain on the stone, but
these are harmless.
