Safety instructions
1. Keep the wireless charger away and protected from
water and other liquids.
2. To clean the charger use a dry cloth and make sure
it is not connected to a power supply.
3. Environment temperature should be: -20°C to +45°C.
The following situations can cause failures like:
high temperature/no or slow charging:
4. The connected adapter or USB port does not have
enough power output.
5. The charging cable it is not compatible with the
power adapter's output.
6. The phone case is too thick, recommended phone
case thickness is 2-3mm.
7. There is metal or a magnet on the back of the
phone or phone case.
8. The phone is not placed at the center of the
wireless charger.
9. The phone does not support Qi wireless charging.
Compatible devices
Below is a compatibility list for charging, as of writing
this, in the year 2018. This list will be outdated, we
recommend checking for more current information from
the manufacturer of your device.
For 10W fast wireless charging:
Samsung S9/S9+/S8/S8+/Note 8/Note 5/ S7/S7 edge/
S6 edge plus.
QC2.0/3.0 adapter or original adapter with 9V output is
required, otherwise it will give 5W power.
For 7.5W fast wireless charging:
iPhone XS/XS MAX/XR/X/8/8 Plus.
QC2.0/3.0 adapter and newest iOS system required,
otherwise it will give 5W power.
Original iPhone adapter, only supports 5W charging.
For 5W wireless charging:
Compatible with all devices with Qi charging built-in or
with an accessory/add on (Qi wireless receiver).
How to use
1. Insert the USB connector of the charging cable into
a power adapter. The LED will flash for a second to
indicate: Powered on.
2. Put your phone on the wireless charger to charge.
LED status
• When connected the LED flashes red and blue.
• The LED is lit red. It indicates standby mode.
• The LED is lit blue. It indicates charging.
• The LED is lit purple (red and blue) when fully charged.
