Toast/brown
When this function is set by means of the selector dial (4), only the
upper heating elements (11) are enabled. This function allows toasting
and browning food.
Select the desired temperature by means of the thermostat dial (3). It is
recommended to position grill (15) or tray (13) on the last shelf from the
bottom so that the food is positioned as close as possible to the upper
heating elements (11).
Dial (4) can be used to select the defrosting function, too:
Defrost
By setting selector (4) on this function, the air circulation fan only is
switched on. This function allows defrosting the frozen food.
TIMER DIAL (Fig. 3)
Automatic operation
The timer allows setting an operating time of 0
to 60 minutes. At the end of the set time, an
acoustic signal will be heard and the oven
stops operating automatically. To interrupt the
operation of the appliance before the end of
the preset time, turn the timer dial anticlockwise until it reaches the "0"
position.
ACCESSORIES
GRILL (15) AND TRAY (13)
Grill (15) can be used as a resting base for cooking containers or
directly as a support for food.
Tray (13) can be used as a container for cooking food: grease it with food
oil to prevent food from sticking to it.
Both the accessories can be placed inside the oven on four different
cooking shelves (9) in order to increase ot decrease the distance of the
food from the heating elements.
Tray (13) can also be used to collect the cooking juices of particularly
fatty foods. In this case, position it under grill (15).
Never rest the tray on top of the lower heating elements (10).
