Troubleshooting
Problem
The barrier does not
respond to the remote
control command
The engine is working,

Solution
Check the safety inside
the barrier body
Replace the batteries
Press "Open" or "Close"
on the motherboard
to test the barrier or
connect a wired remote
control
Replace the optical
meter
Replace the
motherboard
Use the manual open
button to move the
barrier to the fully
closed or open position.
Use the remote control
to open/close the
barrier again
Balance the springs
Check the supply
voltage

Reset the barrier
Replace the lock flat
