Disposal

Take the packaging to a nearby collection point.
Take the appliance to a nearby collection
facility.
Your local community or municipal authorities can provide
information on how to dispose of the worn-out product.
Batteries should not be disposed of with
normal household waste.
They may contain poisonous heavy metals and must
be disposed of in accordance with the rules for the
treatment of hazardous waste. The chemical symbols
for heavy metals are as follows: Cd = cadmium, Hg =
mercury, Pb = lead. Therefore take used batteries
to a communal collection point.
