are available. All cylinders to be used are designated for the recovered refrigerant and
labelled for that refrigerant (i.e. special cylinders for the recovery of refrigerant). Cylinders
shall be complete with pressure relief valve and associated shut-off valves in good working
order. Empty recovery cylinders are evacuated and, if possible, cooled before recovery occurs.
The recovery equipment shall be in good working order with a set of instructions
concerning the equipment that is at hand and shall be suitable for the recovery of
flammable refrigerants. In addition, a set of calibrated weighing scales shall be available
and in good working order. Hoses shall be complete with leak-free disconnect couplings
and in good condition. Before using the recovery machine, check that il is in satisfactory
working order, has been properly maintained and that any associated electrical
components are sealed to prevent ignition in the event of a refrigerant release. Consult
manufacturer if in doubt.
The recovered refrigerant shall be returned to the refrigerant supplier in the correct
recovery cylinder, and the relevant Waste Transfer Note arranged. Do not mix refrigerants
in recovery units and especially not in cylinders.
lf compressors or compressor oils are to be removed, ensure that they have been evacuated
to an acceptable level to make certain that flammable refrigerant does not remain within
the lubricant. The evacuation process shall be carried out prior to returning the compressor
to the suppliers. Only electric healing to the compressor body shall be employed to
accelerate this process. When oil is drained from a system, il shall be carried out safely.

TAKE NOTE OF FUSE SPECIFICATIONS
The air conditioner's circuit board (PCB) is designed with a fuse to provide overcurrent
protection. The specifications of the fuse are printed on the circuit board ,such as :
T3.15AL/250VAC, T5AL/250VAC, T3.15A/250VAC, T5A/250VAC, T20A/250VAC,
T30A/250VAC,etc.
NOTE: For the units using R32 or R290 refrigerant , only the blast-proof ceramic fuse
can be used.

INSTALLATION
G
WARNING
Before using the air conditioner it should be left in an upright position
for at least 2 hours.
This unit is portable and can easily be moved from one room to another. In doing
so keep this in mind:
1.
Ensure that the unit is positioned upright and on a level surface.
2.
Do not operate the unit inside the bathroom, shower, or in any other very
humid environment.
3.
Please keep a distance of 50 cm between the unit and the wall or other
objects to ensure proper air circulation.
4.
One end of the hose 7 must be attached to the air outlet 6 at the back of
the unit.
5.
Ensure that the window air outlet 6 has a free flow outside. Close the
window or door as much as possible to prevent outside air from entering the
room.
