Repair and customer service.
Before mounting or replacing cutting tool or accessories, pull the power plug.
WARNING
This preventive safety measure rules out the danger of injuries through acci-
dental starting of the power tool.
Exchangeable parts
If required, you can change the following
parts yourself:
Application tools, coolant container, handle,
chip guard, safety strap
Dove-tail guide (figure 12).
After several hours of operation, the play in
the dove-tail guide can increase. As a conse-
quence, the drill motor can glide along the
dove-tail guide by itself. This can lead to the
motor drifting down and damaging the cut-
ting tool. In this case, retighten all fastening
screws of the dove-tail guide correspond-
ingly so that the drilling motor can easily be
moved manually, yet does not glide by itself.
Cooling-lubricant system.
Flush the cooling-lubricant system with
water, clean and drain it completely when
not using the machine for periods longer
than two weeks.
For continuous operation, the cooling-lubri-
cant system must be flushed with water and
cleaned approx. every 4 weeks.
