Tips and hints for juicing
•
To get as much juice out of the fruit and vegetables as possible, cut them into
small pieces. Do not put ice or frozen fruit in the juicer.
•
If pieces get stuck in the filling chute, use the slide. Put the pieces into the
filling chute one by one. Do not push them in too quickly.
•
When juicing leafy greens or wheatgrass, mix with fruits or hard vegetables
for best results. Only juice nuts together with other foods such as soaked
soybeans or liquids.
•
Only use fresh and ripe fruit and vegetables for juicing. Fresh and ripe
ingredients are tastier and contain more juice than unripe ones. If possible,
consume the juice immediately after juicing, as it contains the most vitamins
and minerals at this time.
