ATTACH PEGBOARD PANELS
1. Place one pegboard panel across the bottom
portion of the two support panels so the second hole
from the top and bottom of the pegboard panel
aligns with holes in the support panels. (See Figure 2)
2. Insert four short bolts through the holes in the
pegboard. Secure using 10 mm wrench, but do not
tighten. (See Figure 2)
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for remaining pegboard
panels. Install two bottom pegboard panels before
installing top pegboard panels.
ATTACH HANDLES
1. Place one handle on one support panel. Align holes
on the handle with holes in the support panel.
(See Figure 3)
2. Insert four Phillips head bolts through the holes in the
handle. Secure using #2 Phillips screwdriver, but do
not tighten. (See Figure 3)
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for second handle on
opposite side support panel.
ATTACH CASTERS
1. Lay pegboard cart on its side so the bottom of the
deck is accessible. (See Figure 4)
2. Place one caster on the bottom of the deck. Align
caster bolt holes with holes in the deck.
(See Figure 4)
3. Insert four long bolts through the holes in the deck
and the caster. In this order, slide one washer and
one flange nut onto each bolt. Secure using 12 mm
wrench, but do not tighten. (See Figure 4)
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for remaining casters. Install
rigid casters on one end and swivel casters with
brakes on the opposite end.
5. Tighten all bolts and nuts on entire pegboard cart.
