All warranty service is provided by our Factory Service Centers, or an aut horized Customer Care
online, visit us at Haierappliances.com , or call Haier at 1- 877- 337- 3639. Please have your serial number and your model number
available when calling for service.
Servicing your appliance may require t he use of t he onboard dat a port for diagnost ics. This gives a Haier factory service technician
t he ability to quickly diagnose any issues wit h your appliance and helps Haier improve it s product s by providing Haier wit h
informat ion on your appliance. If you do not want your appliance dat a to be sent to Haier, please advise your technician not to
submit t he dat a to Haier at t he t ime of service.

What Haier will not cover:

Service t rips to your home to teach you how to use t he

• Improper inst allat ion, delivery, or maintenance.
• Failure of t he product if it is abused, misused, modified,
or used for ot her t han t he intended purpose or used

• Replacement of house fuses or reset t ing of circuit
breakers.
• Damage to t he product caused by accident , fire, floods, or
act s of God.
• Damage to finish, such as surface rust , t arnish, or small
blemishes not reported wit hin 48 hours of delivery.
• Incident al or consequent ial damage caused by possible
defect s wit h t his appliance.
EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES
Your sole and exclusive remedy is product repair as provided in t his Limited Warrant y. Any implied warrant ies, including
t he implied warrant ies of merchant abilit y or fit ness for a part icular purpose, are limited to one year or t he shortest period
allowed by law.
This limited warranty is extended to t he original purchaser and any succeeding owner for product s purchased for home use wit hin
t he USA. If t he product is located in an area where service by a Haier is not available, you may be responsible for a t rip charge or you
may be required to bring t he product to an Aut horized Haier Service locat ion for service. In Alaska, t he limited warranty excludes
t he cost of shipping or service calls to your home.
Some st ates do not allow t he exclusion or limit at ion of incident al or consequent ial damages. This limited warrant y gives you
specific legal right s, and you may also have ot her right s which vary from st ate to st ate. To know what your legal right s are,
consult your local or st ate consumer affairs office or your st ate's At torney General.
Extended Warrant ies: Purchase a Haier extended warrant y and learn about special discount s t hat are available while your
warrant y is st ill in effect . You can purchase it online anyt ime at
