Cooking/baking with a core temperature probe
Securing / removing the internal temperature probe

CAUTION!
To avoid damaging the internal temperature probe, insert it into the device only
above the glass door.
NOTE!
The core temperature probe is placed by inserting it into the product to be cooked so
that its tip is located right in the middle of the product (part of greatest thickness).

To connect the internal temperature probe take out the

plug (image on the left) from the opening at the top
left side of the oven, press and hold the red detent
and insert the internal temperature probe
opening provided.
Release the red detent
press the detent

Push the plug
