Assembly
Mount the handle on the handle tube with the inner pin going into the tube slot. Slide the
tube just as far into the handle in order that the screw and the nut can be assembled
(Use a rubber hammer to adjust the placement of the handle).
Then attach the rocker arm of the handle tube (with the vertical slot showing to the
backside) with the screw of the rocker arm being placed into the slot.
Use of the jack:
Lifting: Use the handle to pump the jack up or lower it. Please use the full pump stroke
when pumping.
Lowering: Lift the handle up and then turn it carefully clockwise.
Maintenance
Maintenance and repair must always be carried out by qualified personnel.
Daily: Control the jack for damages.
Monthly: Lubricate all moving parts with a few drops of oil.
Refilling of oil: Pump and cylinder are a closed system and refilling is usually not
necessary. For refilling the complete pump has to be demounted.
1. Loosen the screw (23) through the hole in the chassis frame.
2. Loosen the lifting frame and lower it completely.
3. Hold the handle in horizontal position and block the pump piston (34) in the innermost
position by using a screw or similar through the hole of the lowering lever (42).
Please pay attention to the inner spring!
4. Remove the handle and the rocker arm together with the two screws (6) on the top of
the lifting frame.
