1. Insert the gas cylinder into the opening in the bottom
of body (B). Make sure the gas control knob is Off
("O" on the knob). Connect the gas cylinder (not
included) to the appliance regulator by turning the
tank clockwise by hand until tight.
Perform leak test in a well ventilated area
outside and where no source of spark can
occur. Use a 50/50 soap and water solution to
check all the connections before attempting to light
the appliance. If a leak is found or you smell gas,
disconnect cylinder, and do not use the appliance
until repairs can be made.
NEVER USE A LIGHTER/FLAME TO CHECK
FOR GAS LEAKS.
2. Place the lava rocks (A) in the top of the body (B)
in an even layer over the burner.
